Terms of Service

BlogFlyer (the "Service"), also known as substacktools.com, and the BlogFlyer Browser Extension (the "Extension"), are owned and operated by BlogFlyer, LLC, an independent company registered in the State of Delaware.

BlogFlyer, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Substack, Inc. ("Substack"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Service provided by BlogFlyer, LLC.

By using the Service or installing the Extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using the Service & Extension

• Single Purpose: The Service is designed to help Substack authors schedule and manage their content.
• Automation Responsibility: The Extension acts as a client-side executor for scheduling. You are solely responsible for the content published through the Extension and the frequency of your posts.
• Platform Rules: While using our Service, you must also comply with Substack’s own Terms of Service and Anti-Spam policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Substack against your account resulting from your use of automated tools.
• Prohibited Use: Don't use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to distribute spam, harmful, or offensive content.
• Beta Disclaimer: Features labeled as "Beta" (including the Extension) are provided for testing purposes. While we strive for high precision, Beta features are provided "as-is" and may contain bugs.

2. Your Content

• You keep all your rights to the content you post or schedule via the Service.
• By using the Service, you grant us the necessary technical permission to process and transmit your content (e.g., syncing a Note draft from our server to your Extension) solely to provide the Service.

3. Our Content & Software

• We own all rights to the BlogFlyer website, software, Extension code, and original content.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension without our express permission.

4. Payment Terms

1. Fees. Certain features require payment in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes.
2. Payment Methods. We use third-party processors (like Paddle). If payment cannot be verified, your access to paid features may be suspended.
3. Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
4. 14-Day Cancellation Right: For initial purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided the Service has not been used extensively (determined at our discretion).
5. Refunds: Outside the 14-day window, fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of prolonged service disruption within our control.

5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms (e.g., using the Extension for mass-spamming).
• We may also terminate service for any other reason with at least seven (7) days' notice via email.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• "As-Is" Basis: We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: BlogFlyer, LLC is not liable for any damages—including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension by third-party platforms (Substack), or service interruptions—arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after the "Effective Date" constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
